I would screenshot the transaction details of that purchase and call back to speak to someone else (maybe a supervisor or someone higher in status in customer service). I am sure if you send a screenshot of it & they can see it on your account (not dure why they couldnt in the first place). Hopefully they will make it right . Also maybe change your password, pin, etc. to be certain they can't do that again sorry that happened 😢. I am a new subscriber and love your videos 💞

Re: Walgreens cash used by an interloper → First, open the purchases on your account on your desktop/laptop. You said you can see the transactions. Take a screenshot showing all the purchases. Then if the CS tells you that there are no such transactions on your account, you can ask her/him if you can a send a screenshot of that transaction. (if they want a PDF there are free online sites to convert JPG/PNG's to PDF). Then ask him/her if a Walgreens insider is doing these stolen transactions as they have access to most customer's information? That usually raises some eyebrows and makes them pay a little more attention. Telling them you have documented proof that you can send to Corporate and ask them to investigate Fraud usually causes the CS to be a little more concerned, because it might come back to costing their job, because Corporate wants to stamp out fraud. Let us know what transpires.

Loved your video. Thanks for sharing your deals. I have a suggestion. If you show your register rewards either fold the bar code so it's not visible. Or don't film the bar code. Unfortunately people can Screen shot the register rewards. Just a heads up. I hope you get your issue resolved with customer service.

Unfortunately I think it is true. When I moved I hadn't changed my zip code on my Walgreens and entered the zip code wrong at checkout. The cashier said that wasn't right. I said oh I moved. And he said oh well I can change it for you. Did not verify in anyway that it was me. Also pretty sure it was my husband's account in his name. Which makes if even worse. I would definitely contact them again. Sorry this happened 😕😕😕

Hi there this happened to blogger Mi Mundo con cupones by Lorena she got her money back she'll tell you how. She had to prove and point out that is not her zip code where that happened and provide her true zip code. With her she was also able to prove bc she had pointed out her purchase history is not her behavior of purchases what also helped her is she had shoprped that day toon at Walgreens. Also I would demamd a supervisor

Hi, Alysia! I've heard quite a few people go through that at both walgreens and cvs. Luckily, at cvs, i feel a little more secure, because i don't clip my ecbs. I would definitely call or chat with other reps until one of them gets it right.

That's bananas...i had that happen too, however they could see that purchase so i don't understand why your rep couldn't? They gave me my money back and i changed my pin. Never happened again. I feel like i would call again, that's a lot to lose.

TFS 😊 Definitely contact CS again! I couldn’t find the Nivea Q to begin with yest when searching it on the coupons section, then it popped up today when I just searched for Nivea body wash in general…it showed deals that would apply & the Q was there to clip.

How do you keep up with what spend boosters you have used? I know I have used some of my spend boosters but, I can not find any information on which ones I have used.

It happened to me at CVS. CS gave me part of it only in the end. She apparently did not see the total of what I lost and had a different amount. So I got 32 out of 45 that I lost. The first CS saw it and was getting approval from her supervisor and the call got disconnected. So when I got the other one and I got most of it back. I just took it and moved on. The person who stole it bought chips and soda worth $45 bucks.

Call again until u get someone to help you

I would call customer service and ask to speak to consumer relations and, or go to store manager and show the transaction so it can be verified 😳

I think I would call back to Walgreens and talk to a different customer service agent and see if they can help you.

Have you ever run into these DG coupons not working at your location? I have 3 DG's in my town, and they all have employees who do not truly know how the coupons and rebates work. I almost always have some issue and spend more than the math I did.
